DeepLook Medical Appoints Former Organon Executive Dr. Charlotte Owens as Chief Medical Officer to Advance Precision Imaging

April 29, 2025, Phoenix, Arizona: DeepLook Medical, a leading innovator in AI-powered imaging visualization, proudly announces the appointment of Dr. Charlotte Owens, most recently a senior executive at Organon, as its new fractional Chief Medical Officer. 

Dr. Owens is an accomplished life sciences executive with senior leadership experience at some of the world’s most respected organizations, including Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly-Clark, Booz Allen Hamilton, AbbVie, and Takeda. She has led global clinical development, medical affairs, and patient access initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas, including women’s health, biosimilars, and chronic diseases, consistently translating scientific innovation into patient-centered solutions and measurable health impact.

In her prior role as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Medical Affairs and Outcomes Research at Organon, Dr. Owens oversaw the medical strategy and scientific engagement for a broad portfolio of marketed and pipeline products. She  led cross-functional collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure market alignment, optimize patient outcomes, address global healthcare challenges, and advance Organon's reputation as a global leader in women’s health. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping strategies that drive sustainable growth, stakeholder trust, and global health equity.

In her new role at DeepLook Medical, Dr. Owens will lead the company’s medical strategy, guiding efforts to advance precision imaging and redefine imaging’s role in delivering patient-centered care. Her appointment marks a significant step in DeepLook’s mission to transform how radiologists and healthcare professionals visualize and interpret medical imaging, elevating diagnostic accuracy, informing clinical decisions, and improving timely access to care.

She continues to practice medicine as a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and serves as an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Morehouse School of Medicine, bridging academic excellence with real-world clinical perspective.
